Vendors are encouraged to provide literature for attendees to review in lieu of give-aways.

Exhibit Space Specifications

  • 6’ skirted table – All exhibit materials (pop ups, equipment, etc) must fit within the table boundaries*. Exhibitors bringing oversized displays are required to select the Corridor of Champions booth upgrade.
  • Side chairs
  • For an additional $500 you can have a larger booth space with premier placement in the Corridor of Champions
    *AHVAP reserves the right to request companies to take down their display if it impedes on another company’s booth space.

Liability: The exhibitor acknowledges that the Association of Healthcare Value Analysis (AHVAP) shall not be obligated to maintain property, liability, or business interruption insurance covering the exhibitor. It is the sole responsibility of the exhibitor to obtain such insurance and the exhibitor must do so at his/her own expense.

Exhibitors are expressly bound, at their expense, to pay for or repair any and all damage to the exhibit facility where the AHVAP Conference is being held, booth equipment, or the property of others caused by the exhibitor or any of its employees, agents, contractors, or representatives.

The exhibitor agrees to assume all risks of loss, injury, theft or damage of any kind or nature whatsoever to any exhibit or component thereof, including any goods, merchandise, papers, and business records or other property which may be in or come into the exhibitor’s possession during the course of the exhibition, or in the course of assembling or disassembling the exhibit and to assume all liability for damage to any person arising from the movement and operation of the exhibit and hereby releases, AHVAP, its contractors, and the owners and managers of the exhibit facility from any liability whatsoever in respect thereto.

The liability of AHVAP for any act, error, or omission for which it may be legally responsible shall not exceed the cost of any cash payment. AHVAP will not, in any event, be liable for consequential damages, including but not limited to, lost income or profits.

PCI Compliance: Due to PCI Compliance, please do NOT provide any credit card information via email. Call or fax credit card information only.

Audio/Video Policy: Registration and attendance at, or participation at association events constitutes an agreement by the registrant to association’s use and distribution of the registrant or attendee’s image or voice in photographs, videotapes, electronic reproductions and audiotapes of such events and activities.

Cancellation Policy: Written notice to cancel must be received via fax, mail, or email by September 18, 2017 to receive a 50% refund. No refunds after this date.
