AHVAP Micro-Certification Center Policies

  • You must register for the individual sessions in Zoom using the instructions provided to you by the AHVAP Certification Center. This process must be done 24 business hours PRIOR to the individual session dates in order to receive your personalized Zoom link. Failing to complete your required Zoom registrations may prevent your access to the program.
  • Do not share the program links with others outside of this cohort.
  • Ask Questions and Participate Actively throughout the duration of the course. Our course facilitators encourage active engagement and participation from our course attendees.
  • Course No-Shows without prior approval by the AHVAP Certification Center will be subject to forfeiting course tuition without refund. Our team reserves the course seat for each participant to ensure an excellent and intimate learning experience in our micro-credential courses.
  • Refunds are not issued after 72 hours of a course being purchased. All refunds require the approval of the AHVAP Certification Center Chief Credentialing Officer. You can transfer your registration over to the next cohort if you are unable to complete the specific micro-credentialing program requirements and receive an excused absence from the Chief Credentialing Officer.
  • If you fail to take your micro-certification examination or complete your course project by the established deadline, you forfeit your course fees and will be required to register for and complete the entire program again at full cost.
  • If you are not successful in passing any micro-certification examination, you will be required to register for and complete the entire program again. There are no retests offered for micro-credential exams.
  • You may miss no more than 10 minutes of any program in order to be eligible to take the micro-credential examination. Please be on time for the each session of the program.
  • It is your responsibility to review all program communications from the AHVAP Certification Center.
